A Maior: [| Amy Winehouse |]

«Ms. Winehouse was no manufactured pop commodity. She was a genuine musician, among the very small handful of British singers whose version of American soul music had a gutsiness and flair far beyond what could be studied.» Pareles, J. @ The New York Times, 23rd July 2011

Insana? Viciada? Agarrada? Destrutiva? Ainda bem. Era ela. Tal e qual.

Intérprete de assinatura. Talentosa. Controversa. Verdadeira. Icónica. Natural. Incompreendida. Autêntica. Disruptiva.

Não gostam? Ainda bem. Mais fica.
Amy Winehouse? Sim, mas com "Signature beehive".

What if all Biographical Notes were written like this one?

[Satiric biographical note]

AndrЄ GonçalѴes was born on the 4th of July, 1985, in the very noble city of Chaves. During his early years he developed a visceral love for SL Benfica. Some say it’s a craziness, but he really thinks that it may be its heart extension. His heart is also filled with the “colors” of Grupo Desportivo de Chaves [GDC], better known as the Barcelona team of “Trás-os-Montes”. In fact, his mother was at the celebrations of the promotion of GDC to the 1st league of football in Portugal, at the hot Spring of 1985, when his mother was pregnant of him. Some say he was born with a scarf of GDC around his neck, but he is truly convinced that it was a white lie.
He spent his infancy and most of the adolescence, between BragАnça and MirАnda do Douro, cities of the North East of Portugal. He truly believes that the landscape full of rocks, and the cliffs of Douro River, which was the main landscape were he grown up, contributed to shape his personality. Brave, humble, and sensible, as he describes himself. Some name him as a five senses man, and he is really proud about his ears and eyes. His music and cinema tastes had never shamed him. Nevertheless, his faults are some.
At the age of 3, he learned a rock song called “Para ti Maria”, in which the first stanzas state “From Bragança to Lisbon are 9 hours of distance”. To his disappointment, many journalists, here and there, are insisting to say that these lyrics are no longer true. Wrong!! Nothing more false! Fortunately, a little airline company is challenging the song and had made it possible to separate cities by only about an hour. But by car, it is yet 9 hours unless you drive under excess of speed [ok,ok it could be a little less]. To his misfortune, till today he couldn’t afford to buy a private airplane to go there every other day, as the song states. [And no, he is not the crazy guy who claims against the centralism of Lisbon. He likes cosmopolitan cities. To put it another way, he likes |macrocosmo|politan cities]. […] He, also, likes to confuse the readers of his own texts.
He strongly support SCUTS to be taxed on litoral zones. To remember you, A4 is still taxed since no memorial times from Amarante to Oporto. No reports or manifs made till today.
His grandfathers were really inspirations to him, and he thanks them for that. He attended at the preparatory and high school of MirАnda do Douro. There he learned “mirandese language”, which had given him the possibility to add “mirandes setentrional” as a known language in his Facebook profile. So, what? So, there you are, culture as it shouldn’t be.
Hi5 and Wikipedia also adopted mirandese as a language for a “one in a millions users” which are proud to read his friends’ profile and wikis’ posts in mirandese language. Apart from that, there’s no use at all. His home country has introduced mirandese as a second official language. Till today, He’s never been served when he speaks Mirandese at some “Loja do Cidadão”.
Thanks to his grandmother, he could really hear the real mirandese, which is not Spanish as many mirandese speakers sound like nowadays.
At the age of 17, he moved to Vila do CОnde, district of Oporto where he has completed the 1st year of the Human Resources course at the Institute of Industrial Studies and Management (IPP). There, he redefined his future and has realized that a change was needed to be done. In fact, the “core” Psychology studies area has always called him. The “likes and dislikes” were finally real tuned, and he changed University due to his taste to analyze the “psycho” of organizations, getting into a degree on organizational psychology. Some friends recommendations also played a role in this decision. At the Summer of 2008, he finally completed a degree in Оrganizational Psychology, within the Human Resources view at the Superior Institute for Languages and Administration. He has got his first graduation, achieving 18 points out of 20. Then, his studies were directed to another subject of knowledge.
As was said, his thirst for knowledge didn’t take too long, to reappear again. At the Autumn of the same year, he was already enrolled at the first edition of the Master in SЄrvices Management at the Portuguese CАtholic University. In the mean time, he was at the University of Vaasa | Vaasan Yliopisto, completing courses in Technology Management and Knowledge MАnagement. A grades were gotten. There in Finland, where he spent a semester abroad thanks to the Erasmus programme, he has also attended some lectures, related to Industrial Management. At the year of 2011, he finally got his master degree, achieving 17 points out of 20.
